The person in this role will need to work closely with colleagues in our Insight, Media, Creative, Delivery and Publicity teams, to help develop best in class campaigns rooted in consumer insight. A close working relationship with production teams and key internal stakeholders will also be vital, building marketing’s influence and ensuring our content is leveraged to maximise effect.

A passion for both creativity and effectiveness will be key in this role, with a focus on ensuring marketing investment is cutting through in an increasingly competitive market.

  • Build strong relationships with commissioning teams, partnering with ITV genre commissioning teams to ensure clear and focused NSTs sit at the heart of briefs and, where appropriate, supporting the development of editorial hooks that marketing can amplify.
  • Ensure alignment with ITV’s brand positioning, working closely with the Brand team to ensure marketing activity reinforces ITV’s TOV and TNPLI platform.
  • Support the delivery of the Partner Experience programme, working with the Partner Marketing team to unlock opportunities that bring key distribution partners closer to ITV’s content and brand.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
