Campaigns and Content Executive
What you’ll do
We’re looking for a Content and Campaigns Executive to join our Marketing & Client Development team in Exeter on a full-time and permanent basis.
- Support the delivery of campaigns, content and internal communications across the firm, ensuring high-quality, audience-led messaging across all channels.
- Coordinate projects, produce and edit content, and assist in delivering effective internal and external communications.
- Work closely with the Content and Campaigns Manager and colleagues across the business to:
- Support integrated campaigns
- Create materials such articles and case studies
- Ensure all content is clear, engaging and aligned to the firm’s brand and tone of voice
- Deliver key internal communications, maintain internal channels, and support targeted messaging across the firm.
- Coordinate the legal directories process.
- Support email marketing activity.
- Assist with reporting by gathering performance data and insights.
This is a great opportunity to develop your skills while playing an important role in delivering consistent, high-quality communications across the firm.
Who you are
Ideally, you’ll bring experience from a marketing communications role, ideally within a professional services or B2B environment, and:
- Be confident working with stakeholders across different levels of the business.
- Be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative setting where you can:
- Build strong relationships.
- Contribute to delivering high-quality communications.
- Be highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining:
- A strong attention to detail.
- A structured and proactive approach to work.
- Ensuring everything you produce is accurate and aligned to agreed standards.
- Have strong communication skills and be able to:
- Confidently adapt your style for different audience and channels.
- Produce content that is clear, engaging and consistent in tone.
- Be comfortable using systems and tools, such as:
- Email marketing platforms.
- Reporting platforms.
- Be motivated to continue developing your skills while improving how work is delivered.
- Take pride in producing high-quality work.
- Collaborate effectively with others.
- Approach everything with professionalism and a strong commitment to accuracy and consistency.
