Content and Campaigns Executive – Exeter (Full-Time, Permanent)

About the Role

We’re seeking a Content and Campaigns Executive to join our Marketing & Client Development team in Exeter. In this permanent, full-time position, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, audience-led campaigns and internal communications across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of campaigns, content, and internal communications, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels
  • Coordinate project-based work, produce and edit content (articles, case studies, emails, etc.)
  • Work closely with the Content and Campaigns Manager and colleagues to ensure messaging aligns with the firm’s brand and tone of voice
  • Deliver internal communications, maintain internal channels, and manage targeted messaging
  • Coordinate the legal directories process
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and gather performance data for reporting

This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills while contributing to effective, impactful communications.


Who You Are

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive candidate with marketing communications experience, ideally in professional services or B2B.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in marketing communications, particularly within a professional services or B2B environment
  • Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and different business levels
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with strong relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining precision
  • Adaptable communicator – can adjust tone and style for varied audiences and channels
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms and data analysis tools
  • Strong willingness to upskill and improve work processes
