Join us as a Campaigns Officer

You’ll support the Campaigns Lead to co-ordinate and deliver compelling external communications campaigns, aligned with the Group’s purpose and strategic ambition.

We’ll look to you to collaborate with relevant Corporate Affairs functions such as Internal Communications, Public Policy, Strategy & Planning as well as adjacent functions such as Marketing to develop fully integrated plans.

This is a good chance to co-ordinate and gain exposure, supporting the implementation of key campaign deliverables such as events, reports, research or photo shoots.

What you'll do

Our Corporate Campaigns, Content and Channels team has an integrated approach, bringing together digital strategy, content creation and campaign execution to deliver fantastic storytelling and high impact results. This role co-ordinates the effective delivery of multi-stakeholder campaigns using creative content delivered through external channels to build and enhance the reputation of our Group.

You’ll also be:

  • Drafting and producing external materials to support campaign delivery
  • Ensuring integrated planning and the delivery of the external communications plan
  • Liaising with third party stakeholders including charity partners, customers and clients to support our campaign activity
  • Ensuring close working relationships with the wider corporate campaigns content and channels team in the development of best-in-class delivery and content
  • Building the necessary working relationships with key stakeholders outside of Corporate Affairs to ensure the successful execution of the campaign plan
  • Co-ordinating and minuting campaign workstream meetings and setting out actions with the wider corporate affairs functions

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone who is detail oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced and changeable environment. We’ll expect you to have a collaborative approach to facilitate working in a complex organisation with multiple stakeholders.

You’ll also need:

  • Experience of corporate campaign delivery, either in-house or agency, spanning all aspects of content creation
  • The ability to apply Project Management methodologies to create, manage and track plans
  • Interpersonal skills, including managing stakeholders confidently
