About this role

Join the AlphaSights Campus Ambassador Programme and play a key role in building our brand presence and engaging top student talent on your campus.

As a Campus Ambassador, you’ll represent AlphaSights at your university by delivering events, promoting our brand through creative campaigns, and connecting with students interested in our Client Service Associate role.

Supported by our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll have the opportunity to design and execute initiatives that make a real impact on campus while developing valuable communication, commercial, and leadership skills.

What’s on your to-do list?

Event Delivery

  • Support and represent AlphaSights at on-campus events (e.g. career fairs, pop-ups, society events)
  • Plan and deliver your own events and initiatives with guidance from the Talent Acquisition team

Brand & Marketing

  • Promote AlphaSights through social media and campus channels
  • Create engaging content and campaigns
  • Partner with societies and student groups

Student Engagement

  • Act as a key point of contact for interested students
  • Build relationships and generate interest in AlphaSights

Initiative & Ownership

  • Identify new ways to increase visibility and engagement
  • Take ownership of activities on your campus

What success looks like

  • Strong awareness of AlphaSights on campus
  • Well-attended, engaging events
  • Proactive ownership and initiative
  • Consistent contribution across the term

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for proactive, driven students who want to make an impact and gain exposure to a commercial environment.

You should be:

  • A second, penultimate, or final-year student
  • A strong communicator, confident engaging and influencing peers
  • Highly organised and able to take ownership of activities
  • Creative, with an interest in marketing, events, or branding
  • Commercially curious, with an interest in business or client-facing roles
  • Well-connected on campus (e.g. societies, leadership roles, communities)
  • Active on social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
