About the Global Student Leadership Programme
The Campus Ambassador Programme is designed for ambitious students who aspire to build careers in public policy, international relations, diplomacy, governance, research, consulting, law, politics, social impact, or global development. As a Campus Ambassador, you will represent The Policy Tank within your university while building a community of students interested in leadership, policy, innovation, and social change. This programme provides an opportunity to gain practical leadership experience while working with an international think tank and collaborating with students across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent The Policy Tank within your university and student community.
- Promote research programmes, workshops, fellowships, internships, conferences, and leadership initiatives.
- Build and engage a community of students interested in public policy, governance, innovation, and international affairs.
- Organise information sessions, networking events, and campus outreach activities.
- Collaborate with university societies, academic departments, and student organisations.
- Support digital outreach through LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Gather student feedback and contribute ideas to improve programmes and initiatives.
- Work closely with The Policy Tank team on national and international projects.
Who Should Apply?
We welcome applications from undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral students studying in UK universities who demonstrate:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership potential and initiative
- Interest in Public Policy, Politics, International Relations, Law, Economics, Business, AI, Sustainability, or related disciplines
- Event management and community-building abilities
- Professional networking skills
- Confidence in public speaking and presentations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Passion for creating positive social impact
Previous leadership experience is desirable but not mandatory.
