Number of hours: 20 hours to be completed over 4-month period (October – January)

Salary:

  • London Universities: £14.80 per hour
  • Other Universities: £13.85 an hour

Start date: October

Training date: 9th September

What is the role?

As a campus Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of Schroders at your university.

  • You’ll be responsible for using your university connections to promote the Schroders brand and opportunities across all corners of campus.
  • You will be involved in promoting several opportunities including internships, placement years and graduate roles.
  • Your role will include collaborating with societies, working with academic departments, lecture shout outs, social media promotion, face-to-face event and more.
  • This is a highly creative role, so we are looking forward to hearing your promotional ideas for the campaign!
  • Meet with Schroders and get a feel for what it's like to work here. You'll also have the chance to join up to two feedback sessions with our Emerging Talent team, sharing your thoughts and helping shape our attraction and recruitment activities.

Who is best suited for the role?

  • You must be graduating in 2026 or 2027.
  • We are looking for individuals to have an existing knowledge of Schroders and who are keen to learn more.
  • We’re looking for mature, well-rounded and enthusiastic individuals with attention to detail and fantastic interpersonal skills.
  • You must display confidence and have a strong social media presence across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok etc.
  • You must display strong verbal communication to be able to create new networks, attend in-person events and approach peers on campus.
  • Ideally, you are part of a society on your campus.
  • You must be attending one of the following universities listed.
  • You must be able to complete self-employed work.
  • You must have indefinite right to work in the UK
