Our Campus Hub Officers play a vital role in delivering an exceptional student experience through seamless service delivery, event coordination, and fostering community connections on campus.
The successful candidate will contribute to ensuring exceptional support for students by collaborating with broader university teams to maintain a first-class service.
Key Responsibilities
This is a permanent, full-time role (35 hours per week), with the occasional requirement to work until 6pm or on occasional Saturdays.
- Support the Campus Hub Manager in:
- Coordination of events (room bookings, catering, supplier management, risk assessments, setup, greetings, registration)
- Student enrolment and registration management (including late starters) alongside ID card issuance
- Triage and escalation of complex or sensitive student queries within service guidelines
- Promote and deliver on-campus activities, including:
- Student inductions and welcome fairs
- Freshers’ fairs and workshops
- Information sessions and assessment events

Requirements
This role is ideally suited to those with:
- Frontline customer service or student support experience, preferably in a higher education or service-based environment
- Strong ability to apply excellent customer service principles towards a welcoming, inclusive student experience
- Proven verbal and written communication skills, alongside an ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally
- Experience in handling in-person enquiries with efficiency and professionalism
- Problem-solving initiative and adherence to established procedures, knowing when to escalate effectively
Working Arrangements
This is an on-campus role only with no hybrid/remote options.
