Cancer & Dementia Care Link Worker (Palliative Care) – post funded by MacMillan Cancer Care

Contract Type

Fixed Term 24 month contract

Hours

18.5 hours per week (part time)

Monday to Friday (some weekend & evening flexibility required)

Full or part time applications will be considered

Location:

QE Hospital, Gateshead/Edberts House / some hybrid working

Support people when it matters most

We’re looking for a dedicated Cancer & Dementia Care Link Worker to support people living with life-limiting illness, cancer, and dementia within the Specialist Palliative Care Team.
