We are looking to recruit a Canteen Assistant who will be responsible for preparing hot & cold food at our distribution centre in Avonmouth, Bristol.
Pay, working hours & benefits:
We are looking for someone to join us working 22.5 hours over 3 days. We are looking for someone flexible with working hours as we have a range of timings that we are looking to cover. The days that you will be working are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We may have overtime available to cover annual leave.
We are looking for the successful candidate to be available to work between 08:00 to 18:00.
The pay will be between £15.07 per hour to £17.59 per hour.

- Food preparation tasks
- Cooking and counter serving of meals
- Receiving and moving of deliveries to kitchen storage
- Replenishment of fridges
- Cleaning of kitchen utensils, appliances, and surfaces
About You:
This is a busy canteen, so the ability to work under pressure without supervision is essential. Candidates should also be able to communicate effectively and possess general numeracy and literacy skills.
Food hygiene is very important, so we would need the successful candidate to have a level 2 food hygiene certificate.
