Professional Face-to-Face Fundraiser
Essex & Herts Air Ambulance
Door-to-Door Fundraising Campaigns
Location: Essex, Hertfordshire & Thames Valley
What we offer:

- Basic salary £31,200 plus commission (employed)
- Realistic OTE £40,000–£60,000+

About the role
Join the face-to-face fundraising team supporting Essex & Herts Air Ambulance, helping secure long-term monthly supporters through professional door-to-door fundraising campaigns within local communities.

Who we're looking for
This role would suit people with experience in:
- Face-to-face fundraising
- Door-to-door sales
- Field sales
- Utilities or telecoms sales
- Brand ambassador or canvassing roles
- Other target-driven, customer-facing positions
We're looking for people who are confident speaking with the public, motivated by achieving results and comfortable working independently.
