Are you a CAP-qualified Powered Access Engineer ready to join a fast-growing company offering a company van, extensive overtime opportunities, and long-term career progression across the Home Counties?
Established in 2021, this rapidly growing company specializes in the hire and maintenance of powered access equipment across the UK. With a fleet of over 1,000 machines and a turnover of approximately £25 million, they work with clients across the construction, industrial, and facilities management sectors whilst continuing to expand through new depots nationwide.
In this role, you will carry out servicing, maintenance, inspection, and testing on a wide range of powered access equipment. You will complete both planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs, working across customer sites throughout the Home Counties region.

The Role:
- Service, maintain, inspect and test a range of powered access equipment
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs (50/50)
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults
The Person:
- Proven experience as a Powered Access Engineer or similar role
- CAP licence or on your way to license
- Mechanical and Electrical Background
- Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel across the Home Counties
