Responsibilities

Expand AI & generative creator communities: Research and identify emerging creator segments focused on AI and generative tools, then design and execute marketing and growth strategies to accelerate adoption of CapCut’s AI and editing capabilities.

** Creator experience innovation**: Develop creator operations strategies grounded in deep insights into user needs, enhancing:
- Creator activity and engagement
- Long-term retention
- Satisfaction and growth-driven creator onboarding & management

Structured creator talent programs:
- Build and refine systems for recruitment, onboarding, and agency partnerships.
- Optimise creator-to-agency workflows for scalability.

Data-driven creator success: Monitor and analyse KPIs (retention, monetisation, content quality) to:
- Identify pain points through maker analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve and iterate on creator challenges.

Content collaboration & strategy:
- Work alongside content teams to define production strategies tailored to verticals (e.g., trends, US/EU interests) and ensure supply targets meet content качества.

Monetisation & commercial partnerships: Assist transacting teams in executing creator and agency monetisation initiatives, linking editorial vision with revenue opportunities.

Voice of the creator: Lead product feedback loops by:
- Conducting user research.
- Collecting insights from communities.
- Driving iterative feature improvements (e.g., AI tools, UX updates).
Qualifications
Minimum
- 3+ years in creator operations, talent management, or agency partnerships, with proven experience in:
- Short-video platforms (e.g., TikTok, Douyin)
- Livestreaming ecosystems
- AI-product teams (preferably video/editing-focused)
- Beginner video/image editing skills with a passion for AI innovations.
- Comprehensive understanding of the digital content ecosystem, including:
- Short-form video dynamics
- Film/TV industry workflows
- Leading editing tools and AI tools (e.g., synthesis, automation, content generation).
- Hands-on experience in:
- Creator recruitment & agency management.
- Developing monetisation strategies (e.g., sponsorships, affiliate programs, agency partnerships).

- Sharp trend sensitivity, especially in US/EU markets (content preferences, tech adoption cycles).
- Self-starter mentality: Adaptable under tight deadlines, with strong cross-team collaboration and execution discipline.

- Strong analytics mindset (e.g., SQL, data visualization).
- Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Note: Fluency in English (written + spoken) mandatory; cross-cultural/cross-timezone collaboration essential.
