# Corporate Finance & Securities Associates – Elite US Firm

Position Overview

A dynamic Corporate Finance & Securities team, led by a market-leading partner, is looking for 2–5 years PQE associates to join an already high-capacity practice with robust deal flow across equity capital markets (ECM), securities, and broader corporate transactions.

Requirements

Core Criteria

  • PQE range: 2–5 years (strict hard cap, though lower PQE may be considered)
  • US qualification essential
  • Graduate of an elite US law school
  • Trained and qualified at a Magic Circle firm or elite US firm
  • Strong academic record
  • Technically stellar transactional pedigree

Attitudinal/Commercial Requirements

  • True generalists capable of operating across all divisions within ECM and corporate
  • Ability to contribute to high-pressure deals with minimal guidance

Logistics

  • Relocation support available for ideal candidate(s)

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary

  • $245,000 – $385,000/year (2–5PQE), reflecting elite Cravath-scale market rates

Performance Incentives

  • Summer and year-end bonuses
