We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our Global Protective Security Team in the role of Capital Projects Lead.
You’ll play a key part in shaping this new role within the team and helping to build this from the ground up. Your work will directly safeguard our people, global assets, data centers, corporate offices and retail branches by deploying next generation security infrastructure.

In this role you will:
- Orchestrate the planning, funding, and execution of large-scale physical security technology initiatives across our global footprint of over 50 markets
- Ensure that current projects are meticulously budgeted and executed
- Proactively securing capital and forecasting funding for outer-year projects
- Align capital deployment with broader real estate and technology strategies to enable enterprise access control, CCTV/VMS, intrusion detection and security control room (SCR) infrastructure
- Work in partnership with Regional and Market Property Services (PS) Leads, PS IT, Real Estate Services, Future State Architecture, AI Governance and Cyber Security teams to ensure end-to-end delivery alignment
- Drive standardisation and efficiency across Regions/Markets, coordinating lessons learned to avoid duplication of effort
- Build and maintain a directory of internal and external stakeholders; attend relevant working groups and industry forums to maintain awareness of project management and technology trends
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Have experience of managing large-scale, multi-million dollar capital projects within a global organisation, across several markets
- Have experience in global security technology deployments
- It is preferable to have strong foundational knowledge of enterprise physical security systems (e.g., Software House CCure, March Networks VMS, and PACOM)
- Exceptional budget management skills with a proven track record of managing large CapEx budgets and multi-year forecasting cycles
- Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams across different time zones, cultures, and regulatory environments
- Financial services experience is preferred
