Role Description

The Captain role is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, with experience coordinating operational staff in a safety-critical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, ideally within maritime, logistics, or medical devices operations.
  • Proficiency in maintaining operational records, logs, and documentation, with attention to detail and compliance requirements.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Capability to assess risks, respond to incidents, and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Prior experience in a captain, supervisory, or equivalent operational role; maritime or transport background is highly beneficial.
  • Relevant professional certifications or licenses for captain or vessel operations, where applicable to the specific operational context.
  • Basic technical understanding of equipment used in logistics or medical devices handling, with willingness to learn company-specific systems.
  • Ability to work on-site in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for shifts or extended hours when required.
