Captain - ATR

We are seeking experienced and professional ATR 72-600 Captains to join our dynamic and expanding Flight Operations team, based in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing regional airline operation where safety, teamwork, and operational excellence are at the core of everything we do.

As Captain of the ATR 72-600, you will hold a key leadership position on the flight deck, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of services while fostering a strong culture of professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The Role

As Captain, You Will

Operate the ATR 72-600 in full compliance with UK Civil Aviation Authority regulations and company SOPs Lead the flight crew with authority, professionalism, and clear decision-making Maintain the highest standards of safety, airmanship, and customer service Deliver thorough pre-flight planning, operational briefings, and post-flight reporting Make safe and timely decisions, including in abnormal and emergency situations Ensure adherence to flight time limitations and fatigue risk management policies Communicate effectively with ATC, operations control, and ground handling partners

What You Need To Have

Minimum 2,000 total flight hours At least 1,000 hours on multi-crew commercial transport aircraft (>5,700 kg) Minimum 500 hours Pilot-in-Command (recent experience preferred) Valid CAA licence with current Class 1 medical Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK Fluent English language proficiency (ICAO Level 4 or above) Strong leadership, situational awareness, and decision-making skills A proactive, safety-focused and team-oriented mindset
