£28,000 – £30,000 Basic DOE | £62,000 OTE | Uncapped Commission
Location: Swinton, Salford (Office-Based)

The Opportunity

As a Car Finance Specialist, you will manage warm, daily leads and guide customers through the entire car buying and finance journey — from initial qualification to vehicle collection. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where organisation, resilience, and strong closing skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
  • Make outbound calls to qualify and convert fresh daily leads
  • Manage your own sales pipeline effectively
  • Guide customers from finance approval through to vehicle collection
  • Liaise with customers, dealerships, and lenders to secure the best vehicle and finance solutions
  • Deliver a compliant, customer-focused sales experience
  • Build strong product knowledge through structured training

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 2+ years of sales experience (car finance experience preferred)
  • Thrives in a target-driven environment
  • Is organised and able to manage a high-volume pipeline
  • Has strong objection-handling and closing skills
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Is ambitious and motivated by uncapped earnings

Working Hours

  • 42 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday between 8:45am – 7:00pm (rota basis)
  • Every other Saturday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
