Join Our Team as a Car Park Attendant! Are you a people person with a knack for exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in dynamic environments? If so, we want you on our team! We are looking to grow our Birmingham Airport team with the addition of seasonal Car Park Attendants, to support the business as we enter the peak summer period. Shift Pattern: Rotating Days & Nights, 4 on 4 off. This is a FTC, that will run from April 2026 to October 31st 2026. What You'll Be Doing as a Car Park Attendant: As a Car Park Attendant within Birmingham Airport, your role will be more than just managing parking spaces. You'll be a friendly face, ensuring an excellent customer experience while handling state-of-the-art car park equipment. Responsibilities include: Engaging with Customers: Providing top-notch customer service with a smile. Meet and Greet: Providing a safe and efficient driving and parking operation Grounds Maintenance: Keeping the surroundings clean and attractive with tasks like weeding, painting, and cleaning. Safely driving and parking customer vehicles within the Birmingham Airport Estate and designated parking areas Carrying out vehicle inspections before moving vehicles, recording any existing damage where required Regular Foot Patrols: Ensuring the safety and security of the car park. Maintaining high standards of care when handling customer vehicles at all times Following operational procedures and safety guidelines within the airport environment Ensuring vehicles are parked accurately and efficiently within allocated bays Reporting any vehicle or operational issues to the on-site management team What you'll bring : No prior experience in customer service or security? No problem! We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude. However, the following skills will be beneficial: Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively. Basic Computer Skills: Tech-savvy enough to handle our equipment. Full Manual UK Driver's License: Essential for the role. Applicants must be over the age of 23, due to insurance purposes. Please note that if you attend an interview without a Full UK Drivers' Licence and ID to show you are over the age of 23, we will be unable to proceed with the interview.
