Car Park Attendant - FTC until October 2026
Join Our Team as a Car Park Attendant! Are you a people person with a knack for exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in dynamic environments? If so, we want you on our team! This is a Full time role (28 hours per week), that will see you working 8 hours per shifts (6am -2 pm, 2pm -10pm, 10pm to 6 am) on a 4 on 4 off rolling shift pattern, including nights and weekends due to the nature of the business. There is also the option for overtime. This is a FTC, that will run from February 2026 to October 31st 2026. What You'll Be Doing: As a Car Park Attendant at our Glasgow Airport sites your role will be more than just managing parking spaces. You'll be a friendly face, ensuring an excellent customer experience while handling state-of-the-art car park equipment. Responsibilities include: Engaging with Customers: Providing top-notch customer service with a smile. Valet service: Driving Customer Vehicles Traffic Control Measures: Regulating vehicle entry and exit seamlessly. Regular Foot Patrols: Ensuring the safety and security of the car park. Grounds Maintenance: Keeping the surroundings clean and attractive with tasks like weeding, painting, and cleaning. Painting walls, stairwells, and bay lines (training is provided). Working outdoors, with a requirement to carry out basic landscaping jobs like weeding and hedge trimming (training is provided). Requirements: No prior experience in customer service or security? No problem! We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude. However, the following skills will be beneficial: Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively. Basic Computer Skills: Tech-savvy enough to handle our equipment. Full Manual UK Driver's Licence: Essential for the role Applicants must be over the age of 23, due to insurance purposes. Please note that if you attend an interview without a Full UK Drivers' Licence and ID to show you are over the age of 23, we will be unable to proceed with the interview.
