No Frills Car Rental - Customer Service & Rental Operations Agent
No Frills Car Rental is a growing U.S.-based car rental company looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Customer Service & Rental Operations Agent to join our remote team.
You will help manage renters, answer customer questions, schedule vehicle appointments, follow up on payments, coordinate with towing/repair teams, and keep rental operations running smoothly.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable handling difficult customers
- Able to multitask and think independently
- Stable internet and quiet workspace
Customer Service Experience Preferred
Bonus if you have experience with:
- Car rental
- Dispatching
- Collections
- CRM systems

This is a fast-paced role with growth opportunities for strong performers.
We are a business that runs 7 days a week 24/7. You would work 5 days a week, 10 hours a day, the pay is $250 a week and we pay using Wise. We pay every two weeks.
- Morning shift that runs roughly 6/7am for a 10-hour shift
- Afternoon shift that runs from noon for a 10-hour shift
Everything is Eastern Time. We are unable to promise you that you will have two consecutive days off. You may work three morning shifts and then two afternoon shifts. Your rest days may be on a Monday and then the other one on a Thursday. They will not be consecutive. You may have to work Saturday and Sunday. The first two to three weeks of your employment, the schedule will change week to week as we find the best fit for you.

If we decide to hire you, we would train you for 7 days. If for any reason your employment ends before the end of the 7th day, you will not be paid. Whether it is voluntary or involuntary.
