Car Sales Advisor – Loughborough
Representing the Innovative BYD Brand
OTE £40,000
We are looking for a confident and customer focused Car Sales Advisor to join our Loughborough dealership and represent the rapidly growing and technologically advanced BYD brand.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward thinking manufacturer that is leading the way in electric vehicle innovation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Guiding customers through the full sales journey, from initial enquiry to handover
- Demonstrating the BYD product range with knowledge and enthusiasm
- Building strong relationships that encourage repeat business
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to overall dealership performance

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a customer facing or sales role (automotive background is helpful but not essential)
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach
- Genuine interest in electric vehicles and the future of automotive technology
- A proactive, driven attitude with the ability to work well in a team
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
