Looking for a rewarding car sales job in Loughborough? Sandicliffe is hiring a Used Car Sales Advisor to join our thriving, customer-focused team. What You’ll Do as a Used Car Sales Advisor

As a Used Car Sales Executive, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Selling used cars, finance products, and accessories while exceeding personal and team targets.
  • Guiding customers through the full sales journey—from enquiry to handover—with professionalism and care.
  • Carrying out accurate appraisals on part-exchange vehicles.
  • Conducting test drives and explaining vehicle features clearly.
  • Preparing and reviewing all documentation to ensure legal compliance and customer confidence.
  • Managing customer follow-up after the sale to maintain satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively prospecting for new business through phone calls, email, and showroom walk-ins.
  • Keeping the showroom and sales area clean, engaging, and up to date with offers and literature.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, FCA guidelines, and Sandicliffe policies.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Experience in a target-driven sales or customer service role (automotive sales experience is a bonus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A professional, customer-first approach and a drive to exceed expectations.
  • Confidence using IT systems, CRM tools, and maintaining accurate records.
  • A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as part of a rota.
