Car Sales Executive
Car Sales Executive – Nissan & Kia Dealership

About This Role
Wessex Garages is currently seeking a Car Sales Executive for our Nissan and Kia dealership in Gloucester.
In this critical role, you will:
- Sell vehicles alongside Finance, Insurance products, and Paint Protection.
- Guide customers through every stage of their buying journey—from initial interaction to handover.
- Engage with customers, identify their needs, and sell vehicles and related products while meeting industry standards.

Person Specification
We are looking for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. While prior sales experience is not essential, we seek a positive, motivated individual eager to thrive in a challenging, results-driven environment.

Key Information
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Mon–Sat) with one-hour lunch break, a day off in lieu during the week, and one late shift per week.
- Sunday shifts needed: Required during March and September only.
