Car Sales Executive – Toyota Dealership (Grantham)
We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Executive to join our Toyota Dealership in Grantham.
Working Hours & Remote
- Monday to Saturday, with one rest day, plus Sundays on rota
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Role & Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive with Listers, you’ll ensure every customer feels valued by identifying how our vehicles fit into their lifestyle, from financing to tailored add-ons. Your goal is to exceed expectations at every stage—here’s how:
- Build trust & relationship skills:
- Establish rapport, create strong first impressions, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
- Drive sales & growth:
- Convert prospects via cold outreach, follow-ups, in-bound calls, foot traffic, and digital enquiries.
- Hit monthly KPIs for:
- Unit sales
- Profit per unit
- Finance penetration
- Additional product sales (add-ons)
- Legal compliance & data excellence:
- Secure and record customer/vehicle data accurately to maintain a high-quality database for regulatory compliance (FCA/data protection obligations).

About You
Ideal candidates will match these criteria:
- Previous experience (preferred but not mandatory) in:
- Car sales
- Retail management
- Automotive sales teams.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and hitting sales goals.
- Natural debater & people-person: Thrives on relationship-building and quick rapport-bUILDING.
- Milestone potential: Willingness to progress long-term in the motor trade or car dealership industry.
- A valid UK driving licence.
- Bonus: Industry experience (motor trade/automotive) accelerates training, though all support is provided.
