Car Sales Executive – Volvo Dealership, Leamington Spa
We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Executive to join our Volvo Dealership in Leamington Spa.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- Day off during the week
- Sundays work on a rota basis
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Sundays: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Benefits Include

- OTE of £53,650
Role And Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive at Listers, your goal is to ensure each customer feels understood, valued, and matched with the perfect vehicle tailored to their needs. Your tasks include:

Customer Experience & First Impressions
- Build trust and rapport
- Communicate effectively to exceed customer expectations
- Ensure satisfaction from finance to final delivery

Sales & Prospecting
- Maximise opportunities through:
- Outbound prospecting
- Follow-up calls
- Handling in-bound enquiries (phone, in-person, and online)
- Achieve monthly KPIs including:
- Unit sales targets
- Profit per unit
- Finance penetration
- Add-on product sales

- Data Management & Compliance
- Accurately record customer contact and vehicle data to strengthen the company database
- Comply with FCA and data protection regulations
About You
This role is ideal for candidates who:
- Have prior experience in a similar role, such as car sales executive, retail manager, or sales manager
- Can demonstrate a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Show potential for long-term career growth in the automotive sector
- Hold a valid UK driver’s licence
- (Preferred but not essential): Experience in the motor trade, automotive, or car dealership industry (full training provided)
