Sales Executive - Automotive Spalding / King’s Lynn - BYD Build Your Dreams Salary: £45,000 OTE (uncapped bonus)

Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be driving sales through delivery of outstanding customer service:
- Selling BYD vehicles, insurance, and finance packages
- Handling in-person promotions, inquiries, and follow-ups
- Conducting test drives and providing vehicle demonstrations
- Maintaining a well-organised sales diary
- Exceeding personal and team sales targets
You’ll build relationships with customers confidently, offering expert guidance on products.
Requirements & Qualities

Must-Haves
- Full UK driving licence held for at least 3 years
- Proven sales experience (preferably at least 2 years in motor industry sales)
Desirable
- Resilience, with a passionate focus on customer experience
- Strong teamwork ethics and proactive attitude
- Ability to negotiate & build rapport with high volumes of customers
