Location: Bristol

Salary: £50,000–£60,000 OTE

Job Type: Full Time | Permanent

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join a successful automotive dealership in Bristol. This role offers excellent earning potential, a strong customer base, and the opportunity to represent a well-established automotive brand.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, delivering an outstanding customer experience, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers both in the showroom and through digital enquiries.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle solutions.
  • Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
  • Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Promote finance, insurance, and additional products in line with company standards.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using CRM systems.
  • Achieve individual sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.

Candidate Requirements

Essential

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Full UK driving licence.
