Car Sales Executive

Sales Executive – Automotive

Full-Time, Permanent Location: Mazda, Norton Way (part of Grainger Motor Group) Salary: £55,000 OTE

Key Responsibilities

To excel in this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving vehicle and accessory sales, and maximising dealership performance. Core duties include:

Person Specification

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment and has a genuine passion for helping customers. You should:

  • Have a professional, relationship-focused approach with a proven track record in customer service and sales engine (particularly automotive if possible).
  • Demonstrate confidence, resilience, and empathy in building trust with clients.
  • Commit to working collaboratively and independently to meet sales ambitions.

Experience:

✔ Minimum of 2 years in UK motor sales (preferred). OR Alternative experience in a sales environment (vehicle-related not compulsory).

For all successful applicants, the following is mandatory: ✔ A Full UK Driving Licence held for a minimum of 3 years.
