Car Sales Executive
Car Sales Executive – Volkswagen Dealership, Stratford-upon-Avon
We are recruiting for a Car Sales Executive to join our Volkswagen Dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon.
Working Hours & Uniqueness
- Monday to Saturday, with a weekday off and Sunday work rotations (8.30 AM–6 PM Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM on Saturdays, 10 AM–4 PM on Sundays).
- OTE: £54,000
- Company car provided
Role & Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive at Listers, your mission is to ensure every customer feels valued by:
- Assessing their needs and recommending the perfect vehicle, including financing, contracts, and add-ons.
- Maximising customer satisfaction through trust, communication, and first impression excellence.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Prospecting and conversions — turning calls, walk-ins, and web enquiries into sales opportunities.
- Hitting monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
- Data accuracy — maintaining compliance with FCA and data protection when recording customer/vehicle details.

About You
You’ll bring:
- Experience (or potential) in car sales, retail management, or sales leadership preferred.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communication to build instant rapport with customers.
- A valid UK driving licence (required).
- (Note: Motor trade experience is preferred but not essential—full training provided.)
