Car Sales Executive | Sales Associate | Sales Specialist
Location: Honda, Warrington
Salary: £50,000 OTE (uncapped commission) + company car
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm Saturday: 8:45am – 5:00pm Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm 1 weekend off in 3 + 1 weekday of
About The Role
We are looking for a results-driven and enthusiastic Car Sales Executive to join our successful sales team at Holdcroft Motor Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving outstanding results.
You will play a key role in building strong customer relationships, providing expert product knowledge, and guiding customers through a seamless and enjoyable buying journey.

Your role:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and product knowledge Deliver a customer-first experience throughout the full sales journey Manage a busy workload with strong organisation and attention to detail Achieve and exceed sales targets through quality, compliant sales processes Ensure all products and specifications are clearly explained and delivered as promised Provide professional guidance and support to customers at every stage Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to achieve dealership goals

About You:
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in a customer-facing or sales environment Demonstrates strong communication and negotiation skills Is highly organised with the ability to manage a fast-paced workload Is self-motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven Has a genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team Has excellent problem-solving skills Holds a full valid UK driving licence
