Job Title: New Car Sales Manager | Automotive Sales Manager
Location: Honda & MG, Cheshire Oaks
Salary: OTE of £77,000
Working Hours: Full-time
Start Date: Immediate
About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and driven New Car Sales Manager to join Holdcroft Motor Group. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive sales leader or a successful New Car Sales Executive ready to step into their first management role.
You will be responsible for leading and developing the sales team, driving performance, maximising profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Your Role
- Drive sales performance and achieve departmental targets
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the sales team
- Oversee the customer journey from lead generation to vehicle delivery
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness
- Monitor performance, manage budgets, and identify opportunities to improve profitability
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

About You
- Experience within an automotive sales environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Excellent negotiation and customer service abilities
- Commercially aware and results-driven
- Full UK driving licence
