Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Car Salesperson role located in Irvinestown. The Car Salesperson will greet and engage customers, identify their vehicle needs, and present suitable options from the available inventory. Daily responsibilities include:

The role involves maintaining product knowledge, supporting showroom presentation, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention, with a commitment to building long-term relationships.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage with a diverse range of customers and team members.
- Experience or strong interest in Automotive Sales, including familiarity with vehicle features and market trends.
- Ability to work on-site full time, manage multiple customer interactions, and meet sales and service goals.
- Basic numeracy and computer skills for handling pricing, finance options, and documentation.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to changing customer needs, and uphold ethical and transparent sales practices.
