About the Role

Working as part of the Logistics and Allocations Team you will assist the department in providing ready to rent vehicles to our customers. These vehicles will need to be in pristine condition in keeping with our brand reputation and will be required to meet all our standard vehicle requirements. This process will need to be as efficient as possible therefore reducing downtime and providing our customers with the best possible vehicles and service we can.

The job is located at West Drayton: 08:00 – 16:00

Reporting Lines

This role reports to the Logistics Team Leader

Main Accountabilities

  • Valeting vehicles
  • Conducting vehicle quality checks including cradles, charger cables, wi-fi and damage
  • You will also be responsible for keeping track of vehicle mileage, getting any warning lights investigated and upkeep of service stickers
  • Keeping the company data bases up to date
  • Assigning keys to the Traka system
  • Parking vehicles in adherence with the site plan
  • Communicating with the logistics / allocations team regarding any vehicle defects or damage
  • Car wash / jet wash maintenance
  • Completing external vehicle movements when required by management

Requirements

  • Ability to work well under pressure, including excellent time management and prioritising skills
  • Holder of a Full UK Drivers License
  • Good Attitude to work and able to build effective relationships with colleagues
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Willingness to go the extra mile in order to provide an excellent product and service for our customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication
