The Card Room Dealer role is pivotal—you will be the face of the poker game, managing pots, room dynamics, and guest experiences with precision, professionalism, and the energy that elevates our tables.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate live poker games with flawless skill and high-stakes professionalism.
- Manage game flow, read the room, and ensure a fair and engaging atmosphere for players of all levels.
- Uphold Grosvenor’s standards of hospitality, fairness, and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain awareness of elements of twilight or security, adhering to casino protocols.
- Stay composed and focused under fast-paced, high-pressure conditions.
Essential Requirements
✅ Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience dealing live poker games.
- Deep game knowledge and the ability to handle fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- A friendly yet professional demeanour, with a passion for delivering premium guest experiences.
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical accuracy for calculating pots and odds.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse guests.
