It’s our people who bring that ambition to life - setting the tone on the casino floor, creating energy and delivering breathtaking moments that keep guests coming back. We’re building something special at Grosvenor Casinos. Join us and be part of it. Are you a natural leader with a passion for poker? We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment to take the lead of our poker operations. We’re looking for a confident and experienced Poker Supervisor to bring energy, leadership, and precision to our card room. In this role, you’ll oversee poker operations, support and guide dealers, and ensure every game runs smoothly, fairly, and in line with regulations. You’ll be the central figure of poker operations - resolving disputes, maintaining compliance, and delivering an exceptional guest experience every time. Skills & Experience Needed: To be successful, you’ll need a solid background in poker or table games supervision, strong leadership and communication skills, and a cool head under pressure. A keen eye for detail and a passion for customer service is essential. Ideally, you’ll hold a valid Personal Functional Licence (PFL) and have a strong understanding of gaming compliance and procedures. Why Join Us? As a part of The Rank Group, Grosvenor Casinos combines a vibrant, premium casino experience with outstanding benefits and exciting career progression within a leading leisure brand. Work with energy and variety - No two days are the same. You’ll help to shape how we do things, and make a real impact by bringing ideas to life and playing a key role in what matters. High standards, achieved together - We set the bar high and support each other to reach it - but we do it as a team, not in competition. Because when one of us wins, we all do. Room to grow and move forward - Whether you’re starting out or ready for your next step, we’ll support your development and open up opportunities to progress within Grosvenor Casinos and The Rank Group. We’re for Everyone If you're looking for a role with energy and variety and want to be part of a team that values passion, performance and care - we’d love to hear from you. At Grosvenor Casinos and The Rank Group, we celebrate individuality and welcome applications from all backgrounds. If you need adjustments at any stage of the process, just let us know. This is a 24/7 environment, so flexibility for nights and weekends will be a part of the role. You must be 18+ and legally entitled to work in the UK. #GrosvenorCasinos

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
