Humber Court, part of the Extra Care Charitable Trust, are recruiting now for a Relief Care Assistant- Nights.
This is an exciting time to be joining the friendly and supportive team at Humber Court based in Coventry. You will play a major part in providing the domiciliary care service to our residents and promoting Independent Living to the over 55’s.
This is domiciliary care with a difference. Everything is in one location meaning no travelling between jobs!
Are you currently a Care Assistant or Support Worker who is compassionate, patient, and personable and looking to progress your career with a forward-thinking Care Provider? If so, we would like to hear from you.
Role: Care Assistant
Hours: Relief. Ad hoc as required. Working Night Shifts.
Salary: £13.64 per hour
Location: Humber Court, Humber Road, Coventry, West Midlands, CV3 4FE

As a Relief Care Assistant, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:
- Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including both physical, personal care and support with social activities
- Promoting and supporting the physical, emotional and well-being of our residents
- Encourage independence and self-belief
- Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.
Person Specification
- Hold a care certificate or willing to undertake a care qualification
- Personable, an effective communicator and a team player
- Passionate about delivering a quality care service
- Flexible with hours.
