We are recruiting relief care staff now at Rosewood Court, part of the Extra Care Charitable Trust.

We offer a domiciliary care service under one roof, eliminating the need for travel.

Key Responsibilities

- Providing all aspects of domiciliary care, including:
- Physical and personal care support
- Assisting with social and recreational activities
- Promoting and maintaining the physical, emotional, and well-being of residents
- Encouraging independence and helping residents build confidence
- Ensuring compliance with our policies, including accurate completion of documentation
Person Specification & Requirements
To be successful, you should have:
- A care certificate (or be willing to undertake a care qualification)
- Be personable, an effective communicator, and a strong team player
- A passion for delivering high-quality care
- Be flexible with working hours
