Join Rosewood Court, our stunning Retirement Scheme based in Wellingborough, and make a difference as a Care and Support Worker in a team that values compassion, patient communication, and person-centred care.

About the Role

We’re seeking naturally caring, compassionate, and patient individuals who thrive on delivering excellence in care. This is a part-time role (21 hours per week, day shifts) at a competitive rate of £13.64 per hour, based at Rosewood Court, Irthlingborough Road, Wellingborough, NN8 1NP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide domiciliary care (physical, personal care, and social activities) to residents
  • Promote physical, emotional, and well-being, encouraging independence and self-belief
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as per company policy

Requirements

  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly in various situations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience or willingness to undertake a care qualification
  • Personable, empathetic, and team-focused
  • Flexibility across a rota system (no visa sponsorship available)
