🚨 We're hiring Care and Support Workers β€” Multiple roles available in Oxford, Thame, Kidlington, Bicester, Windsor, Newbury, and surrounding areas | Β£12.71 - Β£14.27 per hour

We're looking for caring, empathetic individuals who can become a trusted and valued part of a child's or young adult's world, and a supportive presence for their family.

At Crossroads Home Care, we're growing our team across Oxfordshire and Berkshire. We're currently recruiting for three roles β€” read below and apply for the one that fits you best.

  • 1. Live-In Care Support Worker β€” Oxford | Β£12.71/hour Live alongside an individual and support their daily routine: personal care, medication, meals, companionship, mobility, appointments, and light household tasks. Full paid training provided β€” no experience necessary.

  • 2. Children & Young Adults Support Worker β€” Oxford, Thame, Kidlington, Bicester | Β£14.27/hour | Own vehicle required Support children & young adults with additional needs both at home and in the community β€” parks, swimming, soft play, school support, and daily routines. No experience necessary, full paid training provided.

  • 3. Care Worker β€” Windsor / Newbury & surrounding areas | From Β£14.27/hour + paid mileage | Own vehicle required Visit clients in their own homes for personal care, medication, meals, mobility support and outings β€” plus giving 24-hour carers a well-earned break. Zero-hour contract with potential to move to permanent.

⚠️ No visa sponsorship β€” must already have the right to work in the UK.

Some individuals may have more complex or specialist needs, including support with mobility equipment or specific health conditions. Full, paid training will be provided so you feel confident delivering all aspects of care. You'll follow individual care plans and risk assessments, work collaboratively with families and professionals, and always prioritise safeguarding and wellbeing.

Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential β€” what matters most is your approach and values. We're looking for people who are:

  • Communicate clearly and work well as part of a team
  • Are reliable and emotionally aware
