What You’ll Be Doing
As a Care Assistant at Green Park Nursing Home, you will be a vital part of our dedicated care team. Your core day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Delivering personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, oral hygiene)
- Supporting residents with meaningful activity programs, outings, and appointments
- Serving meals and refreshments with warmth, attention to detail
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and positive care environment
- Observing and reporting any changes in residents’ physical or emotional well-being
- Acting as a key worker for a small group of residents, ensuring care is personalised and person-centred
- Assisting new team members and contributing to a cohesive, positive culture
