Salary

£13.31 – £13.81 per hour

Full-time & Part-time available (Days/Nights)

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Care Assistant at Green Park Nursing Home, you will be a vital part of our dedicated care team. Your core day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Delivering personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, oral hygiene)
  • Supporting residents with meaningful activity programs, outings, and appointments
  • Serving meals and refreshments with warmth, attention to detail
  • Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and positive care environment
  • Observing and reporting any changes in residents’ physical or emotional well-being
  • Acting as a key worker for a small group of residents, ensuring care is personalised and person-centred
  • Assisting new team members and contributing to a cohesive, positive culture
