We are actively recruiting **compassionate Support Workers / Care Assistants to join our dedicated teams supporting service users across the heart of West London.

💷 Compensation & Hours
We offer local work with matching clients to your area to minimise travel time.
Payment Tiers
- Monday–Saturday: £14.80 per hour
- Sunday: £15.30 per hour
Shift Patterns
We accept both full-time and part-time candidates, including:
- Long Days: 07:00 – 21:00 (5 days/week availability required)
- Weekend Blocks: 08:00 – 21:00 / 14:00 – 21:00
- Evening Shifts: 16:00 – 21:00
💙 What You’ll Be Doing
As a Care Professional, your role involves delivering personalised, dignified support daily. Key responsibilities include:
- Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
- Medication Support: Preparing and safely administering medication
- Mobility Help: Using aids safely, supporting recovery post-hospitalisation
- Meal Assistance: Preparing snacks, offering mealtime support
- Housekeeping: Light laundry, tidying, and cleaning duties
- Companionship: Building long-term relationships through conversation, activities, and outings
Additional Responsibilities
- Social inclusion & hobbies encouragement
- Promoting client independence with respect and dignity
- Medication management & prescription collection
- Light housekeeping and nutrition support
- Mobility assistance (safe transfers & transit)
- Health monitoring & reporting concerns
- Emotional support & active listening
- Documentation and record-keeping
- Implementing safety protocols and emergency actions

🦸 Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Criteria
✅ Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available) ✅ Willingness to travel within local communities

- Strong communication skills (e.g., confidence in discussing health/safety concerns)
- Problem-solving ability with common sense and empathy
- Patience & respectfulness in supporting diverse clients
- Basic flexibility for travel and scheduling
Note: While 6 months of social care experience is ideal, ample training will be provided to new hires.
