Pay up to £17.37 /hour
We are currently recruiting for full-time/ part-time/ weekends/ evenings/ daytime/ night-time & live-in carers.
Right at Home Oxford is a friendly and leading homecare provider, rated outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We recognise that our employees are our greatest asset. What will you receive?
Care Assistants pay rates:
- Day Time: up to £16.25
- Weekends: up to £17.37
- Bank Holidays: up to £24.38
0.35p/mile
Waking nights: (rate per hour, inclusive of holiday pay)

- Weekday: up to £14.57
- Weekend: up to £15.13
- Bank Holidays: up to £21.85
Sleep-in: (rate per night, inclusive of holiday pay)
- Weekday: up to £100.86
- Weekend: up to £110.95
- Bank Holidays: up to £151.29
Live-in: (rate per day, inclusive of holiday pay)
- Low complexity: up to £113.95
- Medium complexity: up to £142.44
- High complexity: up to £170.93
In addition to your pay:
- You will be working for a CQC rated Outstanding company.

- We do a minimum of 1 hour calls (95%) - This means more care time with our lovely clients and you earn 1 hour’s pay with 1 client as opposed to many clients.

What will you be doing?
- Companionship
- Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
- Personal care
- Administering medication
- Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
- Moving and Handling.
- Shopping
- Housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Taking Clients for appointments or outings
What do you need?
- Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license and have access to own vehicle.
- Have a genuine passion to want to help others.
- Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude.
If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, or Heath Care Assistant we would love to hear from you. However, if you do not have experience, we provide full training and encourage candidates from all sectors to apply, for example: retail, hospitality, hairdressers/ beauticians and cleaners. This could be the start of your new fulfilling career. With our full support and outstanding training, anything is possible if you put your head and heart into it.
