Care Assistant – Nottingham

Contract: Care Delivery Salary: £13.00 – £27.00 per hour

Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Providing personalised, high-quality care tailored to each individual’s needs
  • Supporting with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
  • Assisting with meal preparation and ensuring proper nutrition
  • Managing medication administration, prescriptions, and safe disposal
  • Handling light housekeeping, such as tidying, laundry, and general cleaning
  • Becoming a trusted, friendly figure your customers can rely on

Requirements

To join our team, we’re looking for:

  • A full UK driving licence (access to a vehicle is mandatory for Nottingham roles)
  • A caring, compassionate attitude with a calm, empathetic approach to care
  • Strong communication skills to build positive relationships with customers
  • The ability to follow care plans and adapt to individual needs
  • Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential – we’ll provide full training
