About the Role Join Alcedo Care Wrexham as a Care Assistant, working within the areas of Wrexham, Chirk, Ruabon, and Llangollen.
Our team delivers more than one million care hours across North Wales and beyond, providing exceptional quality care in a caring environment.
You’ll be supporting individuals across North Wales, across regions including Wrexham, Chirk, Ruabon and Llangollen, and helping them live full, independent, and fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, your role will include:
- Supporting individuals with personal care (continence support, washing, dressing)
- Assisting with medication administration and meal preparation
- Helping with household tasks and promoting independence
- Providing emotional support, companionship, and companionship in people’s homes
- Ensuring dignity and respect for every individual you support
Person Specification
We’re looking for someone who: ✔ Has a caring nature and genuine passion for health and social care ✔ Is reliable, compassionate, and personable ✔ Can work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays ✔ Has a UK driving licence (required for travel to client locations) ✔ Must be 18+
You don’t need prior experience—we provide full training, including fully funded NVQ qualifications.
