Location: Elmbridge & Runnymede Contract Type: Care Delivery Salary: £13.45 – £24.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those in your care. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing personalised, high-quality care tailored to each individual’s needs
- Assisting with daily personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Supporting with meal preparation and ensuring a balanced and nutritious diet
- Managing medication, prescriptions, and safe disposal in line with protocols
- Performing light domestic tasks, including tidying, laundry, and general cleaning
- Building trust and friendship by becoming a reliable, comforting presence in customers’ lives

Requirements
To join our team, we look for:
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
- A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm, patient approach to care
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- Commitment to following care plans and ensuring safety at all times
