At Right at Home Sutton & Mid Surrey, rated Outstanding with CQC, we're looking for compassionate, reliable Care Assistants to join our award-winning team. Every visit gives you the opportunity to help someone remain safe, happy and independent in the comfort of their own home.

Whether you already work in care or you're looking for a rewarding new career, we'd love to hear from you. If you're naturally caring, we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.

We're currently recruiting for:

  • Morning Care Assistants – 7:00am – 2:00pm
  • Evening Care Assistants – 5:00pm – 10:00pm
  • Full-Time Care Assistants – Split Shift: 7:00am – 1:00pm & 4:00pm – 10:00pm

What you'll do

  • Provide companionship and brighten a Client's day
  • Support with personal care
  • Prepare meals and assist with medication
  • Help with shopping, light housekeeping and daily routines
  • Accompany Clients to appointments and social outings
  • Encourage independence while delivering safe, person-centred care

What we're looking for

  • A caring, positive and reliable attitude
  • Full UK or EU/EEA driving licence
  • Access to your own car (essential for travelling between Clients)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Living in Sutton, Epsom or the surrounding Mid Surrey areas

Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant is welcomed, but it's not essential. If you have a kind heart, enjoy helping others and want to build a rewarding career, we'll provide everything you need to succeed.
