Salary: £13.10 – £14.10 per hour (depending on experience) Contract Type: Permanent Hours: 33 hours per week (day shifts, alternate weekends required)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support to residents with diverse needs, from companionship to personal assistance
- Observe and monitor residents’ behaviour, differences or changes — ensuring compliance with legal requirements via accurate reporting and recording
- Ensure nutrition and hydration needs are met, actively encouraging residents to follow their care plans
- Foster physical and mental stimulation through group and individual activities
- Maintain up-to-date care plans consistent with regulatory and legal guidelines

What We’re Looking For
- Motivation, positivity, and strong interpersonal skills
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team
- Desirable but not essential: Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification
