Care Assistant
Care And Support Worker – Competitive Salary (£13.80–£14.30 Per Hour) Location: Southampton, UK
About the Role Make a meaningful impact in the lives of others as a Care And Support Worker with Altogether Care, a family-run provider committed to supporting communities across the South and Southwest for over 35 years.

Your Responsibilities
- Support clients to live as independently as possible in their own homes
- Assist with personal, physical, and emotional care, empowering individuals to make their own choices
- Provide companionship and build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals
- Use mobile technology to record and deliver high-quality care
- Help with daily tasks, activities, and appointments, ensuring clients remain confident in their daily lives
- Adhere to Altogether Care’s values and safe working practices, including travel requirements
- Prospect or apply career progression within a company that values internal development

Criteria
Required: ✔ Full UK Driving Licence & access to a personal vehicle (travel is essential for this role) ✔ Ability to travel throughout the area for quality care delivery
Desired (but not mandatory):
- Previous experience in social care or supportive roles
Contract & Timing 📅 Closing Date: Thursday, 13th August 2025 🕒 Hours: Full-time
