Care Assistant
Care Assistant – Responsive Adult Social Care (Home Care Team)
About the Role
Quantum Care is a not-for-profit company dedicated to providing high-quality care services for over 2,000 older people across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. If you’re passionate about supporting and enhancing the lives of residents through compassionate, dignified care, we’d love you to join our team.
Hours available: Full or Part-Time Availability required: Weekdays and Weekends
What You’ll Do
We don’t require prior experience in care, but if you possess an empathetic nature, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills, our first-class training program will guide you to become an exceptional carer.
Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Assisting residents with all aspects of daily life, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
- Supporting dignity and independence while fostering a warm, enriching environment
- Working across all shifts, including weekends, evenings, and Bank Holidays, as our 24/7 care services operate year-round
Requirements
To apply, candidates must be:
- 18 years of age or older
